Step One: A live webinar: A "mock" closing, using actual closing documents generated from the sale of a Maryland residential real property, in a Zoom presentation led by Ned Livornese, Attorney at Law. Ned teaches our Maryland Title Insurance Pre-Licensing course, and has more than 25 years of experience performing real estate closings. Each student will be able to ask live questions during this presentation, which will qualify students to go to the next step, below.
Step Two: Live real estate closing at a local Maryland title insurance agency: Each student will be accompanied by Ned Livornese and perform a
live real estate closing. Ned will supervise the closing, and guide each student in presenting the documents and obtaining the proper signatures and other required information to complete the closing.
By the end of each live closing, the students should be able to perform residential purchase/sale or refinance closings on their own, and confidently start their new career immediately.
Half Day Pre-Licensing Preparation Class.
16 hours of CE credit courses fulfill the complete requirement. Three hours of ethics CE, plus 13 hours of title CE are included. You choose the courses to fill the package. You can split your payment into 4 separate payments.
We provide the MD Title Insurance Producer Pre-Licensing Course in 4 modules. You will receive these formats: links to written materials, live webinars, and online video recordings.
